Frazier & Son custom designs and builds every Sanitary Bucket Elevator to each customer's unique application parameters and requirements.
Open tube frame elevators and conveyors are the ultimate in sanitary construction. The continuously welded frame is hermetically sealed to prevent infestation and migration of contaminants to and from the environment.
Frazier & Son has spent countless hours refining the frame design to strike a balance between the requirements of easy sanitation and the safety of personnel. Several different guarding methods are available to meet with your plant's requirements.
STANDARD FEATURES
* Stainless Steel Sanitary Open Tubular Frame with smooth interior surfaces, continuos TIG welds throughout.
*Integral hermetically sealed legs and drive frames.
*Stainless Steel shafts, sprockets and conveyor chains.
*Stainless Steel bearings with polymer housings, sealed and lubed for life with H-1 grease.
*Stainless Steel take-up units with spring loading for simple, accurate chain tensioning.
*Stainless Steel non-adjustable cams and guides for maintenance free bucket tracking.
*Stainless Steel non-adjustable cams and guides for maintenance free bucket tracking.
*Stainless Steel TENV wash-down duty motor.
* All major components mounted on standoffs for easy rinsing of interior and exterior surfaces.
* UHMW-PE chain guides for quiet operation and long life.
